小儿室间隔缺损体外循环手术和外科微创的对比 被引量:1

摘要 目的小儿室间隔缺损体外循环手术与外科微创的比较分析。方法采用随机分组的方式将2015年2月至2016年2月患有室间隔缺损来我院治疗的患儿共100例,分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,其中对照组为体外循环手术,观察组为外科微创手术,将两组患儿的各临床指标比较分析。结果两组患儿均痊愈出院,术后1、3、6、12月随访无严重并发症发生,观察组并发症率、切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间与对照组相比显著较低,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对部分室间隔缺损患儿进行外科微创封堵手术,既能保证良好的手术成功率,还能降低并发症发生率,不仅能够避免为患儿带来较大伤口,降低患儿出血量,减少手术时间,还能够明显缩短患儿住院时间,在临床上推广普及很有价值。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of extracorporeal circulation versus minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of pediatric ventricular septal defect.. Methods A total of 100 children with ventricular septal defect who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 children in each group. The children in the control group underwent extracorporeal circulation, and those in the observation group underwent minimally invasive surgery. Clinical indices were compared between the two groups. Results All children were cured and discharged, and follow-up at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after surgery showed no serious complications. Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower incidence rate of complications and intraoperative blood loss, as well as significantly shorter length of incision, time of operation, and length of hospital stay(all P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive closure surgery for some children with ventricular septal defect can guarantee a high success rate of surgery and reduce the incidence rate of complications. It can also avoid large trauma, reduce blood loss, and shorten time of operation and length of hospital stay.Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
