质性评价不适合中国高校招生

Qualitative Evaluation:Not a Good Idea for Chinese College Admissions

由美国顶尖私立高中组成的MTC联盟推出的高校招生"新模式"适合于美国国情,但也会因此拉大贫富阶层之间的教育差距。质性评价方式不适合中国国情,2014年启动的高考综合改革"两依据一参考"模式是目前适合中国国情的高校招生方式。高考改革的目标是在保证公平的前提下,促进学生成长,为国家选拔出德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。

The＂new model＂of college admissions introduced by the Mastery Transcript Consortium（MTC）consisting of top private high schools in the United States might be suitable for the national conditions of the United States, although it might also run the risk of widening the education gap between the rich and the poor. However, the qualitative evaluation approach is definitely not suitable for China. What is currently suitable for China is the socalled＂two-basis-one-reference＂model for the comprehensive reform of Gaokao initiated in 2014. The goal of the Gaokao reform is to ensure fairness, promote healthy and all-round development of students, and at the same time select qualified socialist builders and successors for the country.
