ICU患者使用约束带存在的问题及护理对策分析

Analysis of existing problems of patients physical restraint in intensive care unit and nursing strategies

重症加强治疗病房（ICU）收治的患者病种复杂、病情严重，且患者留置的管路多、医护执行的操作多、没有家属陪护。为防止各种意外发生和达到治疗目的，根据患者情况使用约束带成为了一种普遍性的T作。本文现就ICU患者在使用约束带过程中存在的问题进行分析，旨在降低保护性约束对患者身心造成的不良影响。

The patients in the intensive care unit （1CU） often suffer from complicated and serious diseases, they are frequently necessmy to have multiple tubes indwelling into the body and many practical measures or surgical operations performed by doctors or nurses, and generally they have no family members accompanying them in the unit. In order to avoid various accidents and ensure reaching the aim of treatment, according to the patient＇s individual situation, physical restraint straps are regularly applied. But the straps used for 1CU patients may cause many problems in the course of restraint. In this paper, the existing problems are analyzed to reduce the adverse effects of this protective restraint on the physical and mental health of the patients.
