开级配大粒径沥青碎石防裂层沥青路面交通荷载应力数值分析

摘要 针对半刚性基层沥青路面、旧水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层结构以及刚性基层沥青路面共同存在的沥青面层反射裂缝1'7题,提出采用开级配大粒径沥青碎石(Opengraded Large StoneAsphalt Mixes,OLSM)作为防裂层。采用三维有限元法,在OLSM一25防裂层的交通荷载应力影响规律分析的基础上,结合均匀设计、回归分析和退筛法,提出OLSM一25防裂层的交通荷载应力实用计算公式,为OLSM一25防裂层沥青路面结构设计提供理论依据。 In view of the common problems in reflective cracking of asphalt surface existing in the asphalt pave- ment with semi -rigid base, the old cement concrete pavement with asphalt overlay structure and the asphalt pave- ment with rigid base in china, Open - graded Large Stone Asphalt Mixes (OLSM) is taken as the anti - cracking layer in the paper, using the three - dimensional finite element methods, the practical calculation formula of traffic load stress for OLSM - 25 anti - cracking layer is proposed based on the analysis of the influence law of traffic load stress on OLSM -25 anti - cracking layer, and combined with the uniform design, the regression analysis and the retrograde screening method,which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of asphah pavement with OLSM - 25 anti - cracking layer.
