基于故障树分析法的电控高压共轨柴油机故障检修

摘要 高压共轨系统是目前电控柴油机广泛应用的先进技术。介绍了德国博世公司生产的电控柴油机高压共轨系统结构和检测专用工具,阐述了故障树分析法在汽车故障诊断与检修的实施步骤,以一辆长城吉奥柴油汽车出现无法起动的故障为例,介绍了故障分析与维修的过程,分析了检测数据并最终排除故障,总结了故障维修经验,并对解决相关的电控柴油机故障提出若干建议。 Common rail system is an advanced technology widely used in electric - controlled diesel engine. The structure of Bosch common rail system and its fault detection tools is firstly introduced and the implementing steps of fault tree analysis in vehicle fault diagnosis and maintenance is described in details in this paper, and see- ondly taking a starting failure of a Great Wall Gio sedan as a typical example, the process of fault analysis and main- tenance is presented and the test data is analyzed. Finally, the experiences in fault diagnosis and maintenance are summarized and suggestions are given to solve the relevant electric -controlled diesel engine failure.
