城市轨道交通运营管理专业实训基地建设标准化配置研究

Research on the Standardization Configuration of the Construction of Practical Operation Training Base for Urban Rail Transit

随着城市轨道交通的快速发展，轨道交通运营管理人才的需求量剧增，开设城市轨道交通运营管理专业的院校也逐渐增多，通过对轨道交通企业运营管理岗位工作任务的调研，比较人才培养院校专业实训室的配置，发现城市轨道交通运营管理专业在实践实训教学等方面缺乏整体的规划和标准的实训室配置体系。因此，根据调研结果分析运营管理不同岗位的工作任务，总结各岗位所需要的实践技能，结合人才培养方案中实训室建设的指导原则提出实训室标准配置的建设方案，从而为轨道交通运营管理专业实训室建设提供指导，提升轨道交通运营管理专业的人才培养质量。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the demand for rail transit operators has been on the rise. The number of institutions that set up urban rail transit operation and management has also gradually in- creased. However, through the research on the operation and management positions of urban rail transit enterprises, comparing the configuration of specialized training rooms in colleges and universities, it is found that the urban rail transit operation and management major lacks an overall planning system in practical training and standardization of construction. Therefore, according to the research and analysis of the task of urban rail operation and management of different positions, summarize the practical skills required by each position, combined with the guiding principles of training and propose standard configuration of training room to provide guidance for the construction of urban rail transit operation and management training room and enhance the quality of personnel training in urban rail transit operation and management.
