就业与管理需求导向下的高校学生档案管理改革

The reform of College Students＇Archives Management under the Guidance of Employment and Management Demands

学生档案既是学生在高校学习与成长的完整记录，又是高校对学生进行培养的重要方式。以高校学生档案管理的重要性为切入点，探讨新时期高校学生档案管理存在的问题，并对今后的发展路径进行探索，以期完善学生档案管理改革，为推动高校学生就业提供积极服务。

Students＇archives are not only the complete record of students＇learning and growth in colleges and u- niversities, but also an important record for colleges and universities to cultivate students. Taking the importance of students＇archives management as the breakthrough point, the problem of the university students＇archives manage- ment in the new period is discussed in this paper, and the future development path is explored in order to improve the students archives management reform and to provide active service in promoting the university students＇employment.
