职业院校德育困境与创新德育体系的构建

在“互联网＋”时代，随着社会就业市场对人才德育素质要求的逐步提高，以及大学生思想道德、社会价值观的时代性转变，职业院校传统的德育教育面临着前所未有的挑战与困境。其原因主要在于德育教师队伍专业素质不高、德育环境不够健全、德育课程尚未完善、德育方法和理念陈旧落后。对此，应加强师资队伍建设，优化德育内外环境，完善德育课程体系，创新德育方法与理念，将传统德育教学优势与现代化教学技术结合起来，构建创新型的德育体系。

In the era of Internet plus, the demand of the moral quality of the talented person in the social employment market has been gradually raised, and the ideological morality and social values of the college students have the epochal transformation . The tradi- tional vocational college is faced with unprecedented challenges and dilemmas. The main reason lies in moral education team＇ s profes- sional quality not high, moral education environment unsound, moral education curriculum not yet perfect, and moral education meth- ods and concepts obsolete. In this regard, vocational schools should strengthen the construction of teachers, optimize the internal and external environment of moral education, improve the moral education cmxiculum system, innovate methods and ideas of moral educa- tion and combine the traditional teaching advantages and modem teaching technology, in order to build an innovative system of moral education.
