创新型人才的培养是创新型国家建设的关键，国内大多数高校已将本科生创新能力的培养作为其推行教育改革和创新的重要内容。目前，国内应用型本科高校大多是将本科生作为培养的主要对象，但由于培养方案的局限，因此相对弱化了对本科生创新能力的培养。学业导师制作为一种提高学生创新能力的途径，能够有效地提高学生的创新能力。

The cultivation of innovative talents is the key to the construction of innovation - oriented country. Most colleges and u- niversities in China have put the cultivation of undergraduate innovation ability as an important part of their implementation of education reform and innovation. At present, most of domestic applied undergraduate colleges and universities are taking undergraduate students as the main object of training, but due to the limitations of the cultivation process scheme, the training of undergraduate innovation a- bility is relatively weakened. As a way to improve students＇ innovation ability, academic tutorial system can effectively improve students ＇ innovation ability.
