摘要 民族地区学前教育师资结构一直以来制约着当地学前教育的发展,优化师资结构成为该区域教育改革的重点。以云南省沧源佤族自治县学前教育为例,通过调查,探索优化民族地区学前教育师资结构的有效途径。 The structure of preschool teachers in ethnic areas has been restricting the development of local preschool education in Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County of Yunnan Province, and optimizing the structure of teachers has become the focus of educational reform in this area. Through investigation, we hope to find an effective way to optimize the structure of preschool education teachers in ethnic minority areas.
