高校教育管理中“以人为本”理念的融合与渗透

Fusion and Penetration of “People-oriented” Concept in Management of University Education

我国高校作为为社会输送人才资源的主要基地，提高教育管理质量、坚持“以人为本”的教育理念十分重要。随着时代的不断发展，高校所沿用的“封建”教育模式已不能满足社会发展的需要，因此作为高校教师管理工作者，要与时俱进，转变教育观念，将“以人为本”教育理念充分地融合、渗透到教学过程中，从而促使教育管理工作不断创新与发展。

Our country＇ s colleges and universities as the main base of conveying talents resources for the society. It is the impor- tant content to improve the quality of college education management and adhere to the ＂people -oriented＂ concept of education, which cannot be ignored. At present, most of the colleges and universities in our country adopt or traditional education mode,with the continu- ous development of era, apparently this ＂feudal＂ education mode can not meet the needs of social development. Therefore, as a teacher in university management workers, we must keep pace with the Times, change education idea and fully fuse and penetrate the ＂people - oriented＂ education idea into the teaching process to prompt the constant innovation and development of education management.
