高校毕业生就业问题关系到个人发展、社会稳定等多方面因素，如何帮助就业困难群体渡过难关，成为当下亟待落实的重要课题之一。从政府、高校、个人、家庭以及企业五个方面进行论述，意在为高校就业困难群体帮扶工作的开展提出建议。

The employment of college graduates is related to many factors, such as personal development and social stability. How to help the difficult employment group get through the difficulties has become one of the important issues to be implemented at the mo- ment. This article makes analysis from five aspects of the government, colleges,individuals, families and entei^prises to help the students with employment difficulties in colleges. It is intended to make suggestions for this groups in colleges.
