摘要
表面裂纹是高温结构服役过程中的常见缺陷形式,研究其在疲劳载荷下的扩展行为和规律是结构完整性评价的重要内容。开展了耐热钢CrMoCoV(FB2钢)含表面裂纹试样的疲劳试验,基于Zencrack软件,并考虑闭合效应修正进行了表面裂纹疲劳扩展的数值分析。结果表明,考虑裂纹闭合效应的模型,可以用于表面裂纹疲劳扩展行为的预测。
Surface cracks are common defects in the service process of high temperature structures. It is an essential content of structural integrity evaluation to study its propagation behavior and law under fatigue loading. The fatigue tests of heat-resistant steel CrMoCoV ( FB2 steel) containing surface cracks are car- ried out. Numerical analysis of fatigue propagation behavior of surface cracks is also conducted based on Zencrack software, with considering the closure effect to correct the propagation behavior of surface cracks.
