摘要 核级管道的应力分析是为了保证管道以及与其相连的设备、支架的安全。某研发项目管道需要考虑破管载荷,增加破管载荷后管道支架需要承受较大载荷,尤其是固定点,由于土建已经固化施工,埋板的边界条件差,导致埋板应力及混凝土应力不通过,通过调整固定点的位置来改善边界条件,然后再改变埋板形式,最终埋板应力比0.63,混凝土应力比0.67。使用Pipestress软件对轴封水管线进行静力学和动力学分析。经过分析,管线在承受自重、压力、热膨胀、地震、破管载荷的作用下,满足RCC-M规范应力评定准则和可运行要求。 The purpose of piping analysis was and other attachments.
