农药中非法添加成分检测方法的研究进展

Recent Research Progresses in Determination of Illegally Added Ingredients in Pesticide

综述了农药产品中非法添加成分检测方法的研究进展,包括样品前处理方法和检测方法。前处理方法关键是选择非法添加成分溶解性好的溶剂;检测方法方面,气相色谱质谱联用法、液相色谱配二极管阵列检测器是目前主要的分析方法。另外,液相色谱质谱联用法、色谱红外光谱联用法检测限低,选择性好,可以克服保留时间定性容易出现假阳性的结果,定性更准确,符合高通量的发展趋势,因而在农药非法添加成分检测中起着潜在的重要作用。

The related determination techniques on the illegally added ingredients of pesticide, including sample pretreatment and analytical methods, were reviewed. The main analytical methods such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS） and high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection method were introduced in detail. Particularly, it is pointed out that searching for a suitable solvent is very important in the pretreatment of detection. In addition, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry （LC-MS） and chromatography-infrared spectroscopy have a big potential in this field with their high-throughput ability, lower detection limit, lower false positive results and higher selection.
