摘要 [目的]选用高分子乳化剂,研制各项理化性能指标合格的环境友好型新型丙草胺水乳剂,并明确其对水稻田杂草防治效果,为丙草胺剂型多样化开发提供参考。[方法]通过单因素试验对乳化剂、抗冻剂、缓冲体系的种类和用量进行筛选、优化,并开展防治水稻田杂草的药效试验。[结果]50%丙草胺EW的最佳配方:完全不含有机溶剂,高分子乳化剂N-300+G-300为3.5%+1.75%,小分子乳化剂603P为0.5%,抗冻剂丙三醇为3.0%,以2.0%硼砂和柠檬酸作为缓冲体系,自来水补足至100%。用上述方法配制出的样品在室温、冷贮、热贮下稳定,各项技术指标均符合水乳剂的质量技术指标要求,且对水稻田杂草防治效果显著,速效性与对照乳油产品相当,持效性略优于对照水乳剂产品。[结论]选用高分子乳化剂配制的新型50%丙草胺EW各项指标均符合要求,并可有效防治水稻田杂草。 [Aims] The environmental friendly pretilachlor EW with qualified physical and chemical performance indicators was prepared with polymer emulsifier, and its control effect on weed in rice paddies was studied, which provided reference for diversified development ofpretilachlor. [Methods] Through the single factor test, the kinds and dosages of emulsifier, antifreeze agent and buffer system were screened and optimized, and the control efficacy test on weed in paddy field was carried out. [Results] The best formula ofpretilachlor 50% EW was the polymer emulsifier 3.5% N-300 and 1.75% G-300, the emulsifier 603P 0.5%, and the emulsifier glycerin 3.0%, 2.0% of borax and citric acid as buffer system, and tap water up to 100%. The results indicated that the formulation was stable in room temperature, low temperature and thermal storage, and the physical and chemical performances met the technical standard of oil-in-water emulsion. The control effect on weed in rice field was remarkable, and the availability and holding efficiency were better than EC and EW control products, respectively. [Conclusions] The new type of prolactamide 50% EW with polymer emulsifier meet the requirements and effectively control weeds in the paddy field.
