6种药剂对红麻根结线虫的防治效果 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]筛选出能有效防治红麻根结线虫的高效低毒药剂。[方法]选用6种药剂进行田间药效试验,分别调查施药后30、60、90、120 d对红麻根结线虫的防治效果。[结果]6种药剂对红麻根结线虫均有一定的防治效果,其中41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC防效最好,施药后30、60 d对红麻根结线虫2龄幼虫防效分别为94.15%、85.78%,90、120 d的根结防效为83.25%和72.35%;3%阿维菌素CS防效次之,施药后30、60 d对红麻根结线虫2龄幼虫防效为87.96%、76.70%,90、120 d的根结防效为76.90%和71.12%。[结论]41.7%氟吡菌酰胺SC 104 g a.i./hm^2和3%阿维菌素CS 6 g a.i./hm^2对红麻根结线虫防治效果好,持效性长,可作为红麻根结线虫的防治药剂推广应用。 [Aims] This paper aims to screen out effective agents with low toxicity for control of kenaf root-knot nematodes. [Methods] Six kinds of insecticide were evaluated in the field to investigate the control effect on kenaf root-knot nematode after 30, 60, 90 and 120 days, respectively. [Results] All the 6 kinds of fungicide had certain effect on kenafroot knot nematodes, of which flupiramide 41.7% SC had the best control effect, the control effects on the 2nd instar larvae at 30 and 60 days after application of flupiramide 41.7% SC were 94.15 and 85.78%, and 83.25 and 72.35% after 90 and 120 days respectively. Followed by abameetin 3% CS, its control effects on the 2nd instar larvae were 87.96 and 76.70% at 30 and 60 days after the application ofavermectin, while 76.90 and 71.12% after 90 and 120 days. [Conclusions] Flumiramide 41.7% SC at 104 g a.i./ha and avermectin 3% CS at 6 g a.i./ha show excellent control effect on kenaf root knot nematodes. It can be used as control agent for control ofkenafroot-knot nematode.
