摘要
[目的]明确玉米田稗草对烟嘧磺隆的耐药性机制。[方法]采用盆栽试验,测定了烟嘧磺隆对耐性生物型稗草体内苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和抗坏血酸过氧化酶(APX)活性的影响。[结果]玉米田耐药性稗草在烟嘧磺隆胁迫下,PAL、CAT和APX活性增强,而SOD活性降低。[结论]稗草对烟嘧磺隆的耐药性与几种防御酶的活性有直接关系。
[Aims] The study aimed to determine the tolerance mechanism ofEchinochloa crusgalli(L.) to nicosulfuron in maize. [Methods] The enzyme assays of PAL, CAT, SOD and APX in tolerant biotypc of E. crusgalli(L.) were conducted by pot experiment. [Results] Under the stress of nicosulfuron, the activities of PAL, CAT and APX of tolerant E. crusgalli (L.) was enhanced and SOD activity was decreased. [Conclusions] There is a direct relationship between the activity of E. crusgalli(L.) on nicosulfuron resistance and several defense enzymes.
