摘要 分析新生儿呼吸机管路积水的原因,并提出解决办法。结合医院新生儿科现有患者新生儿呼吸机使用状况和临床一线的实践情况,理论结合实际,分析问题。管道积水生成主要原因是温度差导致的冷凝现象以及新生儿呼吸机和湿化罐在配套管路下的过度补偿。呼吸机管路积水现象常见于呼吸机治疗的过程,在新生儿科呼吸机的使用过程中尤为严重和明显。若不对管路里留存的水及时清理,会对新生儿造成气管堵塞以及院内感染问题,同时过多的水会损坏呼吸机呼气阀和传感器。新生儿呼吸机积水问题广泛存在于新生儿的救治过程中,危害大,需要临床、医学工程人员和医疗器材提供方提高重视,通过科学管理和采取创新科研方式减少此现象的出现。 Objective The purpose of this study is to explain the causes of neonatal ventilator pipeline water, and puts forward the solutions. Methods Based on the existing neonatal ventilator usage and clinical practice in neonatal department of Women's Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University, combining theory and practice, probloms are analyzed. Results The main reasons are that neonatal ventilator pipes generate condensation temperature difference and the neonatal ventilator humidification supports the pipeline under excessive compensation. The phenomenon of water is common in ventilator ventilation, particularly serious and obvious in the treatment usingneonatal ventilator. If the remaining water in the pipeline can not be cleaned in time, pipe blockage and hospital infection will appear;at the same time, too much water will damage the ventilator exhalation valve and sensor. Conclusion Neonatal ventilator water problems exist in a wide range of neonatal treatment process, and are harmful. Clinical, medical engineering staffs and medical equipment providers should increase attention, and take the innovation of scientific research management to reduce the phenomenon.
