摘要
针对目前已有的群锚拉拔试验系统和土遗址锚固室内试验系统无法改变锚固参数、加载反力影响破坏形式、缺乏有力边界约束的不足,研发了一种夯筑土遗址室内群锚拉拔试验系统.系统由群锚锚固系统、加载系统及数据采集与处理系统构成.试验系统可进行不同锚固参数下的群锚拉拔试验;利用反力架装置解决了拉拔设备在拉拔过程中反力限制土体界面变形的问题;有效模拟出夯筑土遗址的建造工艺与建筑形制.使用新研发的试验系统开展了处于极限条件下的四锚拉拔试验,新研发的试验系统用于夯筑土遗址室内群锚试验具有可行性,仍需要进一步优化改进.
In view of the deficiency of the existing anchor group pull-out test system and laboratory an- choring experiment test system at conservation earth sites, which can not change the anchoring parame- ters, the loading counter reaction force and the damage form, lack in the strong boundary constraint, a lab- oratory test system for group anchoring in rammed earth sites was developed. The test system consists of an anchoring system, loading system, date acquisition and processing system. The test system can carry out the group anchor pull-out test under different anchoring parameters. By using the counter force frame device, the problem of deformation of the soil interface restricted by the reaction force could be solved during the drawing process. The hull construction technology and architectural form of rammed earth sites were simulated effectively. The four-anchor pull-out test under the limiting conditions was carried out during the research for the development of the new test system. The problems existing in the test system were analyzed and discussed through experimental phenomena. It is feasible to use the newly de- veloped test system for group anchoring laboratory tests in rammed earth sites, but the new test system still needs further optimization and improvement.
