摘要
采用不同质量分数、不同加固方式对密度不同的遗址土进行硅酸钾(PS)溶液渗透加固,加固后土体微结构发生变化,其力学强度出现不同程度的提高.使用图形处理软件对固化后土体的扫描电子显微镜图像进行计算分析,获取对固化土力学强度影响最显著的微观结构参数;利用多元逐步回归分析法对力学强度与微结构参数之间的相关性进行计算,并进行分析评价;从微观角度验证PS材料对土遗址的加固效果.结果表明,经PS溶液加固后,遗址土土体强度与微结构参数间存在良好的相关关系,各向异性、等效直径、扁圆度、充填比和面积比是对强度影响较显著的5个微结构参数.
Soil of sites with different densities is solidified by potassium silicate (PS) material of different consistency with different means of consolidation. After being solidified, the microstructure of the soil will be changed, and accordingly, the strength will increase also. Graphics manipulation has been used to count and analyze the stereoscan photographs of solidified soil. Microstructure indices, which influence the strength of solidified soil obviously, have been found out. Multivariate stepwise regression method was used to calculate the correlation of microstructure indices and the strength, and analyze and evaluate them, so that the solidifying result of PS material could be verified for soil of sites in terms of microstructure. The result showed that there exists a good correlation between the strength and microstructure indices of soil of sites solidified by PS material. Anisotropy, equivalent diameter, full ratio, aspect ratio and area fraction are the five significant indices affect the strength of solidified soil with PS.
