强直性脊柱炎的CT及MRI影像学

摘要 目的分析强直性脊柱炎(AS)的CT及MRI影像学检查结果。方法选择2016年10月至2017年10月收治的90例AS患者,分别实施MRI(MRI组)和CT(CT组)检查。比对两组检查结果。结果MRI组Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级的诊断例数比CT组多,且诊断病变率高于CT组(P<0.05)。MRI组硬化、侵蚀等检出率低于CT组(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎MRI诊断符合率相对CT检查高,但骨质异常诊断方面CT检查检出率相对MRI更高。
