摘要
目的探讨医护一体化模式对肿瘤化疗患者经外周静脉置中心静脉导管(PICC)置管率的影响。方法选取2015年1-12月于肿瘤科住院的300例肿瘤化疗患者,将2015年1-5月医护一体化模式前住院的化疗患者156例作为对照组,将2015年6-12月医护一体化模式构建后住院的化疗患者144例作为观察组。比较两组PICC的置管率。结果观察组PICC置管率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式应用能够提高肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管率。
Objective To explore the effect of health care integration mode catheterization rate for patients with PICC chemotherapy. Methods Three hundreds cases of cancer chemotherapy patients from January to December in 2015 oncology were selected as the research objects, 156 cases from January to May in 2015 before given integration of doctor and nurse intervention were control group, and 144 cases from June to December in 2015 after given integration of doctor and nurse intervention were observation group,two groups PICC catheter rates were compared. Results PICC catheter rates in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of medical integration model can improve the chemotherapy patients with PICC catheter rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
