对临床工程师在医疗辐射防护中的职责与起到的作用进行综述并做出展望。在人员安全方面,临床工程师制定操作规程,检测辐射防护产品,与其他部门合作,对临床工作人员进行宣传教育;在设备安全方面,临床工程师负责购置论证与报废鉴定,日常维护与定期性能检测,计量检定,维修和与厂家进行协调沟通。

Roles and responsibilities of clinical engineers on medical radiation protection are reviewed. On personal security, clinical engineers should make operating regulations, inpect the ratiation products regularly, and educate clinical stuff. On facility security, clinical engineer should give professional advice on purchase and scrap. In addition, clinical engineers should cooperate with maintenance engineers and metrology engineers to do regular inspection and preventive maintenance.
