环境及行为因素在糖尿病肾病发生发展中的作用

Role of environmental and behavioral factors in occurrence and progress of diabetic kidney disease

糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,是导致终末期肾脏病的主要病因。非遗传因素作为指导临床DN防治的干预靶点,近年来,在DN的非遗传致病因素和机制方面的研究取得了显著进展。因此,本文从流行病学、临床研究、机制研究等方面对环境及行为因素在DN的发生和进展中的作用作一综述。

Diabetic nephropathy（ DN） is one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes and is the leading cause of end-stage renal disease. Non-genetic factors are critical clinical intervention targets of DN,of which great advances in epidemiology and mechanisms have been made in the past few years. Therefore,the advances of the epidemiology,clinical and mechanism researches of environmental and behavioral factors in the occurrence and progress of DN are reviewed in this article.
