长顺绿壳蛋鸡体尺体重、产蛋量、蛋壳色素测定及相关性分析

Measurement and Analysis of Body Size,Body Weight,Egg Production and Egg Shell Pigment of Changshun Blue-eggshell Chicken

为研究长顺绿壳蛋鸡种质特性,对长顺绿壳蛋鸡的体尺体重、产蛋量和蛋壳色素进行测定和分析。结果表明:长顺绿壳蛋鸡5个月产蛋量与龙骨长呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与其他体尺指标间相关不显著(P>0.05);体重与体斜长、胸角、胸深、龙骨长、胫围等相关极显著(P<0.01);蛋壳中胆绿素色素含量与原卟啉色素含量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与其它体重体尺指标相关均不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果为长顺绿壳蛋鸡的品种选育提供了理论依据。

In order to study Germplasm characteristics of Changshun blue-eggshell chicken,body size,body weight,egg production and egg shell pigment were measured and analyzed. The results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between egg production for 5 months and keel long（ P 0. 01）. Significant correlation was showed between body weight,body length,chest angle,chest depth,keel length and tibial circumference（ P 0. 01）. The content of biliverdin pigment in the shell was significantly negative with the content of protoporphyrin pigment（ P 0. 01）. The above results provide a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of changshun blue-eggshell chicken.
