多抗基因聚合的特种稻海丰黑糯2号抗病虫鉴定和分子标记检测 被引量:4

Identification of Resistance to Diseases and Pests and Molecular Market Detection of a Special Rice Variety Haifengheinuo 2 with Multiple Gene Polymerization

摘要 稻瘟病、白叶枯病、稻飞虱和三化螟是海南水稻生产主要病虫害,为选育多抗水稻品种,本研究对特种稻新品种"海丰黑糯2号"进行田间喷雾及接种鉴定,并应用分子标记检测和分析抗病虫基因。结果显示海丰黑糯2号中抗白叶枯病和三化螟,分子标记检测聚合了稻瘟病Pi1和白叶枯Xa23、稻飞虱Bph14和Bph15等多个抗性基因。研究探索了应用分子标记和田间鉴定两种方法选育抗病虫品种,拟为水稻抗病虫育种应用提供参考。 Rice blast,bacterial blight,rice planthopper and rice borer are the major diseases and pests of rice production in Hainan.To breed multi-resistant rice varieties,field spraying and inoculation were conducted on the special rice variety "Haifengheinuo 2",and molecular markers were used to detect and analyze disease resistance genes.The result showed that Haifengheinuo 2 was in moderate resistance to bacterial blight and rice borer.Molecular marker detection polymerized rice-blast resistance genes Pi1,BB resistant genes Xa23,and rice planthopper resistance genes Bph14 and Bph15.In this study,two methods of molecular marker and field identification were applied to breed resistant disease species,which could be used as reference for rice breeding.
