异养硝化细菌的筛分及处理黑臭水体研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对城市黑臭水体COD和氨氮浓度较高的问题,在实验室筛分出可同时去除水中氨氮和有机污染物的异养硝化细菌。采用菌源生态重组策略构建了异养硝化功能菌群,考察了其对有机污染物和氨氮的去除效果。结果表明,初筛菌株对水中的氨氮去除率均在50%以上,对COD的去除率为55%~89%;菌株复配试验中异养硝化功能菌群1对水中COD和氨氮的去除效果较好,去除率分别为75.6%和53.7%;最佳接种量试验表明,异养硝化功能菌群1的最佳接种量为10 mg/L。 Aiming at the problem of high concentration of COD and NH3 - N in black and odorous water bodies, heterotrophic nitrifying bacteria which could remove ammonia nitrogen and organic pollutants simultaneously was screened out in the laboratory. A heterotrophic nitrifying functional group was constructed using the strategy of bacterial source ecological restructuring strategy, and its removal effect on organic pollutants and ammonia nitrogen in water was investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was more than 50% , and of COD was 55% - 89%. The effect of heterotrophic nitrifying functional bacteria group 1 on the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen was better, and the removal rate was 75.6% and 53.7%, respectively. The optimum inoculation test showed that the optimum inoculation amount of the heterotrophic nitrification bacteria group 1 was 10 mg/L.
