部分抗病虫及品质相关基因在水稻核心种质资源中的分布 被引量:1

Distribution of Some Disease and Insect Resistance Genes and Quality Related Genes in Rice Core Germplasm Resources

摘要 为了更好地发挥水稻核心种质资源在水稻育种中的作用,本研究分析了抗稻瘟病基因Pi1、Pi2、Pi25、Pigm,抗稻飞虱基因Bph14、Bph15、Bph9,中等直链淀粉含量基因Wx及香味基因Fgr在264份水稻核心种质中的分布情况。共检测到含有上述有利基因的材料64份,其中同时含有2个有利基因的材料5份。每种类型的基因在水稻核心种质资源中的分布频率差异很大,抗稻瘟病基因的分布频率为13.3%,而香味基因的分布频率仅为2.7%。抗稻瘟病基因Pi2在水稻核心种质中的分布频率最高,没有检测到含有Pigm和Bph14的种质材料。本研究为发挥水稻核心种质资源在水稻抗性及品质育种方面的作用具有指导意义。 In order to give full play to the role of rice core germplasm resources in rice breeding, this study analyzed the distribution of amylose content gene Wx and fragrance gene Fgr of blast resistance gene Pi1,Pi2, Pi25, Pigm and BPH resistance gene Bph14, Bph15, Bph9 in 264 rice core germplasm resources. 64 materials in total were detected to contain the above advantaged genes, in which 5 materials contained 2 advantaged genes at the same time. The distribution frequency of each in gene in rice core germplasm resources was quite different. The distribution frequency of blast resistant genes was 13.3%, but that of the fragrance gene was only 2.7%. The distribution frequency of blast resistant gene Pi2 was the highest in rice core germplasm resources, while Pigin and Bph14 were not detected in all materials. The research has significant effects on the application of rice core germplasm resources in resistant and quality breeding.
