维生素D及其类似物临床应用共识 被引量:214

摘要 自20世纪初对佝偻病的研究发现维生素D以来,维生素D与钙磷代谢和骨骼健康的重要关联被不断发现。我国内分泌学先驱刘士豪教授和朱宪彝教授针对维生素D与钙磷代谢和骨软化的研究,以及由他们提出并命名的"肾性骨营养不良"得到了国际学者的广泛认可。维生素D及其相关制剂(或称类似物)的应用从根本上遏制了全球范围内佝偻病/骨软化症的广泛流行趋势。
