老年人对舒适型养老院建设期望的调查研究

Research on expectation of the elderly about the construction of comfortable nursing homes

目的调查老年人对舒适性养老院养老的意愿和对养老院建设的期望,以期为养老院管理者及护理管理者提供决策建议。方法采用半结构式深入访谈34名老年人,整理、分类得到主题。结果 23.5%的老年人愿意将来入住舒适型养老院,14.7%表示不确定将来是否住养老院。61.8%表示将来不愿意入住养老院;老年人对舒适性养老院的期望可归纳为4个方面:基本生活、基础设施、工作人员以及收费和管理。结论通过调查老年人对舒适性养老院建设的期望,为建设适合其需求的养老机构提供理论依据。

Objective To investigate the willingness and expectation of the elderly who are entering nursing homes to provide references tp the nursing managers. Methods Phenomenological method of qualitative research taking as the basis,the purposive sampling method was used to obtain the data. Results 23. 5% of the elderly are willing to enter comfortable nursing homes,14. 7% of the elderly are not sure whether to enter nursing homes in the future,and 61. 8% of the elderly are not willing to enter nursing homes. The expectation about comfortable nursing homes of the elderly can be summarized into the four categories： fundamental needs of living,facilities and infrastructures of nursing homes,the qualification of the staff in nursing homes and expectations on economic and management. Conclusion Directional reform proposals were provided for comfortable nursing homes,and a theoretical basis was provided for future pension institution construction,which will meet the needs of the elderly.
