新生儿外周动脉置管在临床上的应用及护理

本研究通过回顾性分析我院2014年4月~2017年1月入院的116例危重新生儿的外周动脉置管的情况,总结了其临床应用效果以及护理经验。护理经验主要包括外周动脉置管的护理以及注意事项。认为危重新生儿动脉置管不仅降低了穿刺率,还避免了因患儿哭闹等因素影响动脉血气结果与实际情况的偏差,从而影响对病情的判断,认为在临床工作中可开展留置动脉置管以更好地救治危重新生儿。

Objective To explore newborn peripheral artery nursing effect and its application in clinic. Methods The clinical application was analyzed retrospectively by the 116 cases of neonatal artery catheter in the neonatal department of NICU in January 2014. Results The time of neonatal artery catheter in our hospital was （2.3 ± 1.04） d, there are not complications occurred. Conclusion Critical neonatal artery catheters not only reduce the puncture rate, it also avoids the effects of the child＇s crying and other factors affecting arterial blood gas, Influ- ence the judgement of illness. In clinical work, we can carry out the patient＇ s arterial tube and treat the critical newborn better.
