Emotional Return and Tension Adjustment in Social Governance

社会治理中的情感回归存在两条明显的路径:一是通过情感构筑国家心灵,获取治理中合法性立场,二是回应情感性抗争,实现治理空间的扩展。两条路径从不同维度拓展了社会治理的外延,也带来了现代化维度下社会治理的张力。名实失衡的情感货币化、程序失衡的情感内卷化以及边界失衡的情感剧场化成为治理张力中的主要表现。理顺情感治理中的价值、程序与理性,是消解情感货币化、情感内卷化与情感剧场化的关键,也是治理现代化背景下驯化失序情感的选择。

There are two obvious paths in emotional return in social governance. First,legitimacy is obtained through national mind building basing on emotion. Second,governance space is expanded through responding emotional struggle. The two paths expand the extension of social governance from different dimensions,and bring the tension of social governance under the modern dimension. The governance tension mainly performed as unbalanced name-reality of emotional monetization,unbalanced procedure of emotional involution and unbalanced boundary of emotional repertoire. The key to digesting emotional monetization,involution and repertoire is straightening out value,procedure and rationality in emotional governance,which is the choice of domesticating disorder emotion under the background of governance modernization.
