摘要
目的以葡萄糖和CaCO_3为原料,制备葡萄糖酸钙。方法以葡萄糖的转化率及葡萄糖酸钙的产率为指标,通过单因素实验优化了葡萄糖酸钙制备的工艺条件;采用红外光谱法和熔点法对产物进行了表征。结果氧化反应的最佳反应条件是:溶液的pH=3,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为60min;制备葡萄糖酸钙的最佳反应条件是:反应时间为60min;反应温度为70℃。葡萄糖酸钙的熔点为196.7~201.5℃,红外光谱显示其特征峰与文献报道一致。结论按上述工艺可制得葡糖糖酸钙,产品为白色晶体。
Objective Glucose and CaCO3 was used as raw materials to prepare calcium gluconate. Methods the key factors influencing the conversion of glucose and the yield of calcium gluconate were investigated. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and melting point method. Results The optimum conditions of oxidation reaction were: the pH value of the solution was 3, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, the reaction time was 60 rain, The optimum conditions to prepare calcium gluconate were: the reaction time was 60 min, the reaction temperature was 70℃. The melting point of the target product was 196. 7 - 201.5 ℃, and the characteristic peaks in infrared spectrum was consistent with literature. Conclusion According to the above process, calcium gluconate can be successfuly obtained as white crystals.
