医学生心理韧性现状及与网络欺负的相关性研究

A Correlation Analysis of the Status Quo of Psychological Resilience and Cyber Bullying among Medical Students

目的调查医学生心理韧性现状,分析医学生心理韧性对网络欺负的影响。方法采用分层随机抽样方法抽取医学本科生750人进行问卷调查,应用青少年心理韧性量表和网络欺负量表对医学生心理韧性和网络欺负进行调查评定,分析心理韧性在性别、年级、专业、是否独生子女、生源地方面的差异,并通过相关分析和回归分析了解心理韧性对网络欺负的影响。结果得到有效问卷665份,医学生心理韧性整体得分(3.63±0.78)分,医学生心理韧性在性别、是否独生子女、不同年级三方面比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),医学生心理韧性与网络欺负呈负相关(P<0.01),情绪控制、积极认知和人际协助能较好的预测网络欺负,解释量为18.6%。结论当代医学生的心理韧性高于大学生的平均水平,心理韧性对网络欺负具有负向预测作用,提高医学生心理韧性对遏制其网络欺负的发生有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the status quo of psychological resilience among medical students, and analyze the impact of psychological resilience on cyber bullying. Methods 750 medical undergraduates were selected by stratified random sampling, whose psychological resilience and cyber bullying were investigated by using resilience scale for adolescents and cyber bullying scale. The differences of psychological resilience in terms of gender, grade, major, the only children or not, and origins were analyzed. And correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to understand the impact of psychological resilience on cyber bullying. Re- suits There were 665 effective questionnaires, and the score of psychological resilience of medical students was （ 3.63 ＋0. 78 ）. There were statistically significant differences of psychological resilience in gender, whether they are the only children or not, and grade （ P 〈0.05 ）. There was negative correlation between psychological resilience and cyber bullying （ P〈0. 01 ）. Emotional control, positive cognition and interpersonal assistance can predict cyber bullying, and 18. 6% of cyber bullying could be explained by psychological resilience. Conclusion The psychological resilience of medical students is relatively higher than the average level of college students, and psychological resilience has a negative prediction to cyber bullying. Enhancing the psychological resilience of medical students has a positive effect on preventing cyber bullying.
