摘要
目的分析眼外伤后视功能评估中视觉诱发电位的临床价值,为早期诊断、治疗、鉴定视功能损伤提供客观依据。方法选取2015年6月至2017年6月于我院治疗的眼外伤患者共60例共60眼为为研究主体。与此同时选取60例患者健康眼为对照。采用德国ROLAND视觉电生理仪行图形视觉诱发电位(PVEP)或者闪光视觉诱发电位(FVEP),对P100(PVEP)或P2(FVEP)潜伏期及振幅进行记录并评估其在视功能评估中的价值。结果经过测定眼外伤患者的P100(PVEP)或P2(FVEP)潜伏期显著的延长,且振幅明显的降低。结论应用视觉诱发电位评估眼外伤患者的视功能,方法安全,诊断结果可靠,客观度高,能排除患者的主观因素,是非侵入性、可重复操作的新技术。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of visual evoked potential (VEP) in assessing visual function after ocular trauma in order to provide an objective basis for early diagnosis, treatment and identification of visual impairment. Methods A total of 60 patients with ocular trauma treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group, with 60 eyes of patients as the subjects. At the same time, another 60 healthy eyes were selected as the control group. Patten reversal visual e- yoked potential (PVEP) or flash visual evoked potential (FVEP) was performed by using the German ROLAND visual electrophysiolo- gy apparatus to record the latency and amplitude of P100 (PVEP) or P2 (FVEP) and to assess its value in the evaluation of visual function. Results The P100 (PVEP) or P2 (FVEP) latency of patients with ocular trauma was significantly prolonged and the ampli- tudes were significantly decreased after determination. Conclusion The method of using visual evoked potential to assess visual func- tion in patients with ocular trauma patients is safe and has reliable diagnosis results with high objectivity. It can be used to exclude the subjective factors of patients. It is a new technique that is non-invasive and repeatable.
