本文结合1例入院心电图表现为三度房室阻滞,动态心电图显示房室阻滞程度多变的心电图分析,探讨阻滞程度多变的原因,提出结合临床,在病情没有变化时注意PP间期变化、逸搏干扰和自主神经张力的影响。

Combined with the analysis of third-degree atrioventricular block in one case＇s electrocardiogram and variable atrioven- tricular block degrees showed in Holter ECG, the paper aims to explore the causes of variable block levels. It proposes that combined with clinical manifestation, the impacts of PP interval changes, escape beat interference and autonomic nervous tension should be paid attention to when the patient is in stable condition.
