摘要
高铁牵引负荷合理接入对电网和铁道部门具有重大的意义。从铁路部门和电网的双方利益主体出发,从规划的角度,建立了高铁污染性负荷接入电网规划模型。在分析高铁负荷对电网供电需求基础上,建立了高铁负荷接入电网影响分析模型及电力系统向高铁负荷供电的可靠性评估模型,并给出了高铁牵引负荷接入电网PCC点推荐最小短路容量。最后提出了高铁接入规划流程框图,结合贵州某实际高铁建设工程,对提出的规划模型进行了实例研究。
A rational integration of high-speed railway traction load is of importance for both the grid and railway depart-ments. From the interests of railway and grid departments,a network-planning model for the integration of high-speedrailway pollution load is established in the viewpoint of planning. Based on the analysis of the effect of high-speed rail-way load demand on the power system,an analysis model for the influence on grid and an evaluation model for power-supply reliability are established,and the recommended minimum short-circuit capacity at the point of common cou-pling(PCC)where the high-speed railway traction load is connected is given. Finally,the planning flowchart of high-speed railway integration is given. The proposed planning model is applied to a practical high-speed railway construc-tion project in Guizhou,and its validity is verified.
