摘要 目前,高校环境类课程体系"同质化"、人才培养"理论化"等问题日益凸显,制约了环境学科的内涵发展。针对本科人才培养存在的共性问题,昆明理工大学积极践行"本科教学工程"改革,明确人才培养服务区域经济发展的办学理念,构建资源型行业环境类创新人才培养模式,通过优化人才培养方案、提升教师工程能力、科研反哺教学等途径保障本科教学质量与水平,提升环境类本科学生的专业理论素养、工程实践能力以及科研创新能力。 At present, many problems, such as similar course system and theoretical talents cultivation, is still serious in higher education, which obviously impedes the connotative development of environmental discipline. Aiming to resolve these common problems existed in environmental undergraduate talents cultivation, Kunming University of Science and Technology have positively implemented the teaching reform to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching. The main ways are following, putting forward the college-running philosophy that talents cultivation must service the regional economic development, constructing the talent-training mode of environmental discipline according to the characteristics of resource-based industry, optimizing the talent-training program, promoting the teachers' engineering ability, and executing scientific research regurgitation-feeding college teaching. After these reforms, the quality of undergraduate teaching is guaranteed, and undergraduate students' comprehensive abilities such as professional theory accomplishment, engineering practice ability, and scientific research creativity are significantly im- proved.
