阐述造成药学专业就业困难的原因,包括部分医药类专业毕业生自身素质缺乏,就业预期与现实存在差异,就业供给与需求出现矛盾,分析理解创新创业教育,探讨创新创业教育,促进医药专业毕业生就业的应用。

This article expounds the reasons for the difficulty of employment in pharmaceutical specialty,including the lack of self-quality of some graduates in medical specialty,the difference between employment expectation and reality,the contradiction between employment supply and demand. It makes analysis of innovation and entrepreneurship education,discusses the innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to promote the employment of graduates in medicine specialty.
