桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in Treating Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果分析。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月在锦州市中医医院妇科就诊的60例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采取米非司酮治疗,试验组30在对照组的基础上使用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,比较两组患者的子宫肌瘤大小以及子宫体积。结果两组患者组内比较治疗前与治疗后观察指标小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,试验治疗后观察指标均小于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤可以明显缩小患者的子宫肌瘤体积,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule in treating uterine fibroids. Methods Sixty patients with uterine fibroids from December 2015 to December 2016 in gynecology department of Jinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into test group and control group, control group of 30 patients treated with mifepristone, and test group 30 The control group based on the use of Guizhi Fuling pill treatment, the two groups of patients with uterine fibroids size and uterine volume. Results The difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, the observed indexes were less than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The comparison between the two groups showed that the observed indexes after treatment were all less than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Guizhi Fuling pill treatment of uterine fibroids can significantly reduce the volume of patients with uterine fibroids, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
