血府逐瘀汤联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Patients with Post-stroke Depression

目的探讨血府逐瘀汤联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月在葫芦岛市中心医院就诊的80例脑卒中后抑郁患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取普通黛力新治疗,试验组40例,在对照组的基础上使用血府逐瘀汤治疗,比较两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表。结果试验组与对照组治疗前汉密尔顿抑郁量表没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组汉密尔顿抑郁量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取血府逐瘀汤联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁可以明显改善患者的抑郁情况,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Deanin on patients with post-stroke depression. Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke depression who were treated in Huludao Central Hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into test group and control group, 40 cases in control group and normal delitrin treatment group 40 Cases, based on the control group using Xuefu Zhuyu treatment, the two groups of patients with Hamilton Depression Scale. Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the Hamilton Depression Inventory before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the Hamilton Depression Rating in the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Deanin New for the treatment of poststroke depression can obviously improve the patient＇s depression and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
