术中综合护理配合对腹股沟疝修补术的临床意义及护理体会

Clinical Significance and Nursing Experience of Intraoperative Comprehensive Nursing Combined with Inguinal Hernia Repair

目的探讨术中综合护理配合对腹股沟疝修补术的临床意义及护理体会。方法选取在2015年10月至2016年10月在大连大学附属新华医院就诊的50例腹股沟疝修补术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25组采取普通护理模式,试验组25例在对照组的基础上使用护理配合。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学(P<0.05)。结论术中综合护理配合可以缩短腹股沟疝修补术患者的手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical significance and nursing experience of intraoperative comprehensive nursing combined with inguinal hernia repair. Methods Fifty patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from October 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 25 cases in control group took general nursing mode, and 25 cases in experimental group Control group based on the use of nursing coordination. The operation time, hospitalization time and ambulation time of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, hospitalization time and ambulation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Con clusion Intraoperative comprehensive care and cooperation can shorten the inguinal hernia repair operation time, hospital stay, out of bed activity time, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
