摘要
目的探讨住院处人文护理模式在肿瘤科住院患者中的临床应用效果分析。方法选取自2016年4月至2017年4月于大连市友谊医院住院处办理住院治疗的癌症患者60例,通过信封法对试验组与对照组随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理模式,试验组30例,应用人文护理模式,观察两组患者入院办理时间、医患纠纷次数及临床护理满意度变化情况。结果住院处通过对肿瘤科住院患者应用人文护理模式方案,试验组入院办理时间及医患纠纷次数明显低于对照组,临床护理满意度高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论住院处对肿瘤科住院患者应用人文护理模式效果优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanistic nursing mode in inpatients of oncology department. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017 in Dalian Friendship Hospital 60 cases of cancer patients treated by envelope method, the test group and control group randomly, 30 cases in control group were treated with routine nursing, experimental group 30 cases, the application of humanistic nursing model, observe two groups of patients with changes in time, patient satisfaction the number of disputes and clinical nursing. Results The hospital department of oncology program through the application of humanistic nursing mode in hospitalized patients, test group was for the time and the number of medical disputes was significantly lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group, there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion The inpatient department has excellent effect on the application of humanistic nursing mode in oncology inpatients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
