摘要
产品外观设计承载着美学、艺术和令人愉悦的特质。外观设计是指产品的形状、图案、色彩或其结合的产物,是创作者思想的表达,向公众传达的是一种装饰性的审美效果。判断一种产品是否具有美感往往受到文化素养、人生体验等多种因素的影响,不同的主体可能对同一产品对象是否具有美感会形成不同的看法。因此,在评价美感的问题上,应将注意力放在视觉吸引力方面,更多关注产品作为艺术与工业相结合的外观。
Product design patent carries aesthetics,art and delightful qualities. In terms of design itself,the product is the combination of its shape,pattern,color. From the purpose of speaking,it is to show the creator's expression,which contains the artistic concept,and to convey to the public a decorative effect. Because of the strong subjectivity of judging whether a product has beauty or not,it is often influenced by many factors,such as the cultural accomplishment of the reference subject and the experience of life. Different subjects may have different perceptions about whether there is aesthetic feeling. Therefore,on the issue of aesthetic evaluation,we can not deny the important decorative role of design patent. We should pay more attention to the visual appeal and pay more attention to the appearance of the product as a combination of art and industry.
