作为国家战略,现阶段的知识产权人才培养越发受到重视,然而培养过程中却存在协同创新能力不足,实践能力相对不强,知识获取稳定性较差等问题。通过人工智能技术的使用,采取构建知识产权智能教学体系,智能在线教育平台,智能教育分析系统等方式,可以有效提高教育效果,提升学生实践能力,并确保知识获取的时效性和连贯性。

As a national strategy,more attention has been paid to the training of intellectual property right nowadays. However,there are some problems in the process of training,such as the lack of co-innovation capability,the relatively weak practical ability and the poor stability of knowledge acquisition. Through the use of artificial intelligence technology,the construction of intellectual property intellectual education system,intelligent online education platform and intelligent education analysis system can effectively improve teaching effectiveness,enhance students＇ practical ability and ensure the timeliness and consistency of knowledge acquisition.
