依托旅游支线机场发展的通用航空产业园规划方法探索

Exploration on the Planning Methods of General Aviation Industrial Park Based on the Development of Tourism Feeder Airport

通用航空产业在我国正面临着“冰火两重天”的发展现状,尤其是在我国通用航空基础设施严重不足的情况下,依托旅游支线机场规划建设通用航空产业园是“借势破冰”的有效手段,可借旅游产业高速发展、旅游支线机场布点广泛之“势”破通用航空产业基础设施少、服务品质差之“冰”。本文从规划编制者的角度出发,通过对通用航空产业发展困境及旅游支线机场发展现状的研究,结合实际项目经验,对制定依托旅游支线机场发展的通用航空产业园规划的方法进行探索。

The general aviation industry is facing the development of ＂two days of ice fire＂ in China. Under the condition of a serious shortage of general aviation infrastructure in our country, relying on the tourist extension airport to plan and build a general aviation industrial park is an effective means of ＂taking occasion for ice breaking＂ . With the ＂potential＂ of rapid development of the tourism industry and the extensive distribution of tourist feeder airports has broken the ＂ice＂ of the general aviation industry infrastructure and the poor quality of service. Based on the research on the development predicament of the general aviation industry and the development status of the tourism feeder airport,combined with the actual project experience,this paper explores the planning method of the general aviation industrial park based on the development of tourism feeder airport.
