The First Exploration of New Operational Types of Tourismin the New Market Environment ——The Changde River Street

中共常德市委、常德市人民政府前瞻布局，常德市城市规划建筑设计部门智慧引领，于2014—2016年，恢复重建集旅游、商业、文化、历史于一体的常德记忆古街，成为新的市场环境下，呈现的一种新业态。文章详细地记述了昔日常德河街的繁荣兴盛，展现了位于常德市城区穿紫河东段，东起常德大道、西至紫缘路、南邻姻缘路、东连河街路的复原的今日常德河街场景。同时，根据国家住建部关于“城市双修”的规划改革精神，提出了将常德河街建设成为产业特色鲜明、发展活力强劲的“城市双修”示范基地的建议，让人们在感受昔日河街风味的同时，体会到历史文脉和城市空间的完美融合，体会到常德市城市发展建设的进步与活力。

The OIdMemory Street of Changde was rebuilt during 2014 to 2016 under the forward-looking leading of CPC Changde Municipal Committee,the government of Changde and the wisdom plan and design of the Architecture Planning Department of Changde.lt integrates tourism, commerce, culture and history and becoming a new form of business under the new market environment. Thispaperdescribe the prosperity of the former river street, and presents a scene of the restoredRiverStreet which located at eastern section of Chuanzi river in urban area of Changde,which starts at Changde avenue, west toZiyuan road, south adjacent Yinyuan road, and the eastern connects theRiver Street.At the same time,according to the National Ministry of Housing and UrbanRural Development＇s reform spirit of ＂Ecological restoration and Urban repair＂,puts forward the suggestion of building Changde River Street into a demonstration base of ＂Ecological Restoration and Urban Repair＂ which is characterized by distinctive industrial features and strong development vitality. The River Street will give the citizen thegood enjoy of the flavor of the former river street, alsoexperience the perfect fusion of historical context and urban space, and realize the progress and vitality of urban development and construction in Changde.
