基于工业遗产保护的旧工业区改造与再利用策略研究——以徐州老钢铁厂区为例

Resarch on Strategies of Old Industrial Areas Reconstruction and Reuse Based On Protection of Industrial Heritage——Take Xuzhou Iron-Steel Plant for Example

工业遗产是人类重要的物质文化财富,但是我国在工业遗产保护与再利用领域重视程度不高。本文以徐州市下淀片区老徐钢工业区规划设计为例,结合其现状自生条件,通过构建工业遗产价值保护体系、建立多级指标与权重,对老徐钢工业遗址进行价值评估与分析,试图通过对工业遗产改造与再利用策略的研究,找到正确对待工业遗产的方法。

Industrial Heritage is an important part of the human cultural heritage. But our country doesn＇t take an attention on the protection and reuse of industrial heritage areas. This article takes Xuzhou Iron-Steel Plant in Xiadian Area design as an example, combined with its status, structure the system of Tndusfrial Heritage protection and multi level index and weight to value evaluation and analysis of Xuzhou Iron- Steel Plant and analysis of old industrial areas reconstruction and reuse, explore general methods ofindustrial heritage protection.
