Failure analysis and reliability enhancement measures of computer numerical control system

摘要 根据某型号数控系统的故障数据,应用故障模式、影响及致命性分析方法对其进行故障模式影响分析,计算得出了各子系统致命度,指出此系列数控系统的可靠性薄弱环节是主板和进给驱动单元,提出了具有明显成效的相应的可靠性增长措施。 Based on the failure data of a computer numerical control(CNC) system,its failure modes and their effects were analyzed by the failure mode,effect and criticality analysis(FMECA) method.The criticalities of main subsystems were calculated and the results showed that the main board and the feed drive are the weak parts of the CNC system.The effective reliability enhancement measares have been put forward.
